Suqian CNG Electronic Glass Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Suqian CNG Glass") is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested by China Glass Holding Co., Ltd. And Jiangsu SHD New Material Co., Ltd. Suqian CNG glass is a new materials high-tech enterprise, who major in manufacture of electronic glass, reflective glass, TCO glass, solar glass, automotive glass and substrate float glass.

Parent company China Glass Holdings Co., Ltd. is China′s leading float glass and the largest reflective glass manufacturer. Founded in 2004, it was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 03300HK) in 2005. The main shareholders of the company include China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) and Lenovo Holdings.

Since June 4 2015, Suqian CNG glass began to invest 1.6 billion yuan to build electronic glass industry park in Suqian high-tech zones, which cover an area of 375.45 acres and construction area of 133500 square meters. Among them: The 1st phase investment of 850 million yuan is to build a 400-ton electronic glass production line, and the 2ND phase investment of 750 million yuan is to build a production line of 150-ton electronic glass, and the 3th phase is to build deep processing project of electronic glass. After the project be completed and put into production, the annual production capacity will be 33.53 million square meter, annual output value 1.5 billion yuan, and annual profit & tax 120 million yuan. The park will also become to be electronic glass manufacturer with the largest production capacity of single-line, the most advanced production technology of single-line and the largest total capacity in China.
